• Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days depending on your location.
• Express Delivery: 1-3 business days for most metro areas.

Orders placed before 2PM AEST on business days are dispatched the same day.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened e-liquids, coils, or disposable devices unless they are deemed faulty.

If you receive a faulty device, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund. You may be required to return the faulty item for inspection.
